September 18 2013 / By **David Sommer** We're very excited to have launched the first phase of Kudos. Our [alpha](http://alpha.growkudos.com) already site has over 350 registered users who have between them "claimed" over 500 articles. It's fascinating to see some of the additional metadata and multimedia links being added to help bring out the story behind the research; we'll be monitoring progress closely over the next few weeks. Our [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/GrowKudos) and [Twitter](https://twitter.com/GrowKudos) streams will also be a bit more active now that the project is live - please do join us there and help us keep spreading the word.
